The Austin Club, the premier private dining club in Austin is looking for an experienced Line Cook.
Get out of the rat race and work in a friendly professional environment not dealing with the general public.

Must have experience in saute and grilling along with experience in fine a la carte dining, banquets, and buffet preparation. Prior experience in a Private Club/fine dining or hotel experience would be a benefit. Formal culinary training and limited Spanish a plus, but not necessary.

The kitchen is a total scratch kitchen operation, a minimum of 3-5 years in a full-service kitchen is desired. Fast food experience does not count.

You must be able to work as a team player and will oversee evening a la carte dining along with assisting with banquets. The Austin Club staff is very well versed and has great knowledge (our average staff has been here 17-1/2 years).
